What we do

Design services

Established in 1988, De Nova Group provides director-led design, planning, documentation and contract administration services for commercial and residential projects across Victoria.

From concept to project delivery, we guide clients through planning approvals and full documentation across aged care and assisted living, retirement living, child care, health, mixed use, office, residential apartments and multi dwelling, and residential hotels.

Design & Delivery

Commercial & Residential

We design commercial and residential projects across Victoria, shaped around your brief, your site and the planning requirements that apply to it.

From initial concept through to town planning approval, we work through the details early so your project moves forward with clarity and fewer surprises.

Our services include schematic design, town planning and heritage approvals, building documentation, tender assistance. Once approvals are in place, we prepare the full documentation needed for tendering and construction, and provide contract administration through the construction phase. Whether you're planning a multi-unit residential project, a commercial space or a new home, we stay with you until the work is complete.
